Admission Mitra (A Unit of Campus Admission Mitra Private Limited)

1. Scope of Services

Admission Mitra provides consultancy for medical, engineering, and management admissions, including student assessment, college selection, application assistance, and counselling support.

2. Our Responsibilities

We offer personalized guidance based on student profiles, review academic records, assist with applications, and provide admission-related support while maintaining strict confidentiality of client information.

3. Limitations of Services

We do not guarantee admission, influence college authorities, or provide recommendation letters on behalf of institutions.

4. Client Responsibilities

Students/parents must provide accurate information, submit documents on time, maintain regular communication, and follow all application deadlines and procedures.

5. Fees & Payment

All fees must be paid as agreed. Fees are strictly non-refundable once services begin. Additional services outside the agreed package may incur extra charges.

6. Medical Admission Clause

For direct medical admissions, a 5–10% variation in fees may occur, which must be borne by the client. A service charge (as agreed) is applicable post-admission and is non-refundable.

7. Termination of Service

Admission Mitra reserves the right to terminate services in case of non-cooperation, false information, or violation of terms. No refund will be issued for completed services.

8. No Partnership

This agreement does not create any partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between the client and Admission Mitra.

Liability

We are not responsible for admission decisions, delays, or changes made by universities or regulatory bodies.

Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of West Bengal, India.
